Built by
Operators.
We didn't set out to build an AI company. We set out to fix the operational chaos we were living in every day. Alacritous is the OS we built for ourselves — and then realized every growing business needs.
That means every feature exists because it solved a real problem in a real business — not because it looked good on a product roadmap.
We Were Drowning in Coordination Work.
Running agencies with dozens of clients and 20+ SaaS tools, we spent more time routing information between systems than doing actual client work. Every new hire needed months to build context. Every departure meant institutional knowledge walking out the door.
We tried everything — Zapier workflows, Slack bots, spreadsheet automations, more dashboards. None of it worked because the core problem wasn't automation. It was context. Our tools were stateless. Our operations needed memory.
So we built what we needed: an AI orchestration layer that lives inside Slack, connects to every tool, remembers everything, and handles the coordination work that was consuming 30% of our team's day.
It worked. And we realized the problem wasn't unique to us.

2024
The Problem
Running multiple agencies, we hit the same wall every company hits: the coordination tax. 20+ tools, none of them talking to each other, and every new client added complexity faster than we could hire.
2025
The Prototype
We built the first version for ourselves — a multi-agent system that lived inside Slack, connected to our tools, and actually remembered context between conversations. The institutional memory changed everything.
2026
Alacritous
The SaaSpocalypse validated what we'd been building. Per-seat pricing is dying. Dashboards are dying. The future is orchestration — and we're making it available to every SMB that needs it.
Jeremy Evans
Founder
Before Alacritous, I spent 8+ years running operations-heavy businesses — agencies, service companies, teams managing 40+ concurrent client engagements across 20+ SaaS tools. Every business lived and died by its ability to coordinate across tools and people.
The pattern was always the same: hire talented people, drown them in admin work, watch institutional knowledge evaporate when they inevitably moved on. I tried every productivity tool on the market. The problem wasn't the tools — it was that nobody was building the layer between them.
Alacritous is that layer. Built from the frustrations, failures, and hard-won operational insights of running real businesses — not from a VC pitch deck.
Built on Principles.
Every Feature Solves a Real Problem
Nothing in Alacritous exists because it tested well in a focus group. Every capability — from the Skills Registry to the knowledge graph — was built because we needed it to run our own operations. You get a product shaped by real workflow friction, not theoretical use cases.
Your Data Stays Yours. Period.
Non-custodial architecture means your information never leaves your systems. If you cancel tomorrow, you keep everything. No export fees, no data hostage. You're hiring orchestration, not renting access to your own business intelligence.
Every AI Action Is Logged and Auditable
Consent gates on high-stakes decisions. Immutable audit trails on every action. Human-as-Approver as the default, not an add-on. You stay in control — the OS handles the coordination, not the judgment calls.
Why Now
Labor costs are at historic highs. Interest rates make hiring prohibitively expensive. And the SaaSpocalypse has exposed a hard truth: per-seat pricing doesn't work when AI agents can do the coordination work that 2-3 FTEs used to handle.
Companies that build persistent institutional memory now will have a structural advantage over those still running on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. The gap compounds every quarter — the same way a knowledge graph compounds every interaction.
This isn't a future prediction. It's the operational reality we're already living in — and the one we built Alacritous to thrive in.
